How your ticket data is used
Ticket content is processed to check policy adherence. It is never used to train AI models, never sold, and never shared with third parties.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Disconnecting, and what happens to your data
You can disconnect at any time. On disconnection your ticket data is deleted within 30 days. If you reconnect before then, nothing is deleted.
