Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vensor AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vensor AI is a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered business intelligence for customer service operations. The Service includes ticket analysis, call transcription, knowledge base management, SOP compliance analysis, and operational dashboards.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code to the knowledge base
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to process data in violation of applicable data protection laws

5. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you upload or integrate with the Service, including support tickets, call recordings, and knowledge base documents. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our Service: Vensor AI and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including its software, algorithms, AI models, user interface, and documentation. The AI-generated analyses and insights produced by the Service are provided for your use but remain powered by our proprietary technology.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers to deliver its functionality:

  • Zendesk - Customer service data is imported via OAuth-authorized API access
  • OpenAI- Ticket analysis, call transcription, embeddings, and compliance analysis are powered by OpenAI's API
  • Supabase - Database hosting, authentication, and serverless infrastructure

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these third-party providers in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vensor AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account and all associated data through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes after account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vensor AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
